Medicinal Ingredients per 5ml: 1:2.91 (1658 mg) organic elderberry (Sambucus canadensis), 1:2.14 (100mg) organic elderflowers (Sambucus canadensis), 1:5.08 (24.1 mg) propolis tincture (bee hive), 1:5.5 (9.55 mg) Echinacea root tincture (Echinacea purpurea). Non-Medicinal Ingreidnets: Non-pasteurized organic honey, organic apple cider vinegar, organic sugar cane alcohol.

Recommended Use/ Indications: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help fight colds, sore throat, cough and fever.

Recommended Dosage:
2 to 4 times per day .
2 to 4 years old : 1/4 tsp.
5 to 9 years old ; 1/2 tsp.
10 to 14 years old: 1 tsp.
Adults: 2 tsp (10ml)
