Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Parapharmacy+ Inc.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Parapharmacy+, accessible from https://www.parapharmacy plus.com/.

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return policy

Non-Defective Goods

    We accept returns of unopened products up to 15 days after the date of the product delivery.

    Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.

    If You apply for a return and refund for non-defective Product and Parapharmacy+ agrees to Your's refund application, You must send back the Products at Your own expense and upload the return tracking info in time.

    After the Goods are delivered and inspected and the Products returned without any damage, a portion of the order amount will be deducted as the repacking and restocking fee (20-30% depends on the Product).

    We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.

    Note: Parapharmacy+ has the right to reject the refund application under this circumstance.

    We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

    • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
    • All PPE Face Masks
    • All Food & Snacks, Nutritional Drinks
    • Baby Food
    • Homeopathic Products
    • All Diapers
    • Infant Formula
    • Breast Pumps
    • Personal Massagers
    • Condoms & Contraceptive products
    • Feminine Pads
    • Bedding Accessories
    • Temperature-controlled products
    • Compression Stockings
    • Ostomy Products
    • Clearance Items
    • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

    Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

    Defective Products (package breakage/missing or wrong product)

    If You detect any problem upon receipt (damaged package/ missing or wrong product), You shall contact customerservice@parapharmacy.store  for settlement within 5 business days since the delivery day, and provide evidence to prove the problem (pictures of broken Goods and package outer box with a shipping label on it). 

    Note: Parapharmacy+ may refuse the refund application if You fail to provide compelling evidence in time.

    For any problem raised in the process of using the Goods, You shall contact

    customerservice@parapharmacy.store for settlement within 5 days after the delivery day, and provide relevant pictures or videos as evidence. If the feedback time is more than 5 days from the delivered time, or You provide insufficient evidence, Parapharmacy+ may refuse the refund application if You fail to provide compelling evidence in time.

    If Parapharmacy+ agrees to refund, the buyer shall return the goods in time and upload the tracking number. We will refund in full upon receipt.

    Note: We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    Untimely tracking info updates

    If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time in the logistics website tracking info), You shall contact customerservice@parapharmacy.store for a solution.

    Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

     Refund Policy

    All returned goods are inspected at processing facility, after inspection You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days after the goods arrive at processing facility.

    The funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.
