Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Indole-3-carbinol 200mg, Chasteberry extract (vitex agnus castus) fruit 4:1 200mg, Magnesium TRAACS® magnesium bis-glycinate chelate buffered (magnesium bis-glycinate chelate, magnesium oxide)* 75mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL) 25mg, Black Cohosh Extract (actaea racemosa) root 3:1 20mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 500IU (equivalent to 12.5mcg). Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Recommended Use/ Indications: Adult women - Take two (2) capsules per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For optimal results take for a minimum of 3 months. Periodic intervals of abstinence (2 week breaks before continuing) is recommended for long- term use. Due to natural variations in the ingredients, I-3-C can have a strong odour. Please note that the odour does not relate to safety or efficacy.
