How to Use
- Heat milk to 180°F (82°C) to eliminate unwanted bacteria.
- Cool the milk to 110°F (43°C).
- Add the Natren Yogurt Starter culture to the cooled milk.
- Incubate at 110°F (43°C) for 6-8 hours, or until desired consistency is reached. A yogurt maker is recommended for consistent temperature control.
- Refrigerate the finished yogurt to stop the culturing process and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required until the yogurt is made.
