1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.

2. Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.

3. Center the pad on your underwear.

4. Secure the wings by folding them around the outside of your underwear.

5. Dispose of the used pad responsibly in a suitable waste receptacle. Do not flush.
