To sprout:
- Soak 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in a jar with water for 6-8 hours.
- Drain the water and rinse the seeds thoroughly.
- Invert the jar and cover with a sprouting lid or cheesecloth.
- Rinse and drain the seeds 2-3 times daily for 3-5 days, or until sprouts reach desired length.
- Enjoy in salads, sandwiches, or as a garnish!
To grow microgreens:
- Sprinkle seeds evenly on a tray filled with soil or growing medium.
