- Thoroughly wash and dry your face.
- With dry hands, remove the strip from the pouch and peel off the plastic liner.
- Apply the strip to your nose, smooth side down, pressing firmly to ensure good contact with the skin.
- Let the strip dry for 10-15 minutes, or until it feels stiff.
- Slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting at the edges and pulling towards the center.
- Rinse your nose with water to remove any residue.
