How to Use:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
- Find a comfortable position.
- Gently insert the tampon applicator into your vagina until your fingers touch your body.
- Push the inner tube of the applicator completely into the outer tube to release the tampon.
- Remove the applicator. A string will hang outside of your body.
- To remove, gently pull on the string.
- Dispose of the used tampon properly. Do not flush.
- Wash your hands again.
- Change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
