Kali Mur is the remedy for white thick discharges, white tongue and white mucous. It counteracts toxins in the body by eliminating them by any means e.g. through vomiting or mucous. It can thus be used for all conditions of nausea including nausea in pregnancy, food poisoning, inhalation of toxic fumes. It is used in the second stage of inflammation. In alternation with Ferr Phos it is indicated in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, particularly those affecting the respiratory system. Kali Mur is concerned with the production of saliva and is therefore important in the early stages of digestion
