Insertion:
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Pinch the sides of the DivaDisc together to form an '8' shape.
- Insert the disc into your vagina, angling it downwards and back towards your tailbone.
- Push the disc as far back as it will comfortably go, then tuck the front rim up behind your pubic bone.
Removal:
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Reach into your vagina and hook your finger under the front rim of the disc.
- Gently pull the disc downwards and out.
- Empty the contents into the toilet and wash the disc thoroughly with mild soap and water.
