Getting Started with Your DivaCup Model 0:
- Fold: Fold the DivaCup in half to create a 'C' shape.
- Insert: Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, angling it towards your tailbone.
- Position: Once inserted, the cup should open up. Gently rotate the cup to ensure a proper seal.
- Remove: To remove, pinch the base of the cup to release the seal, then gently pull down.
- Clean: Empty the cup, wash it with warm water and DivaWash (or a mild, unscented soap), and reinsert.
Remember to sterilize your DivaCup between periods by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes.
