Use it as a non-lathering co-wash on days where hair does not require a deep cleanse.

As a Conditioner: After shampooing, apply to wet hair, focusing on the ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
As a Co-Wash: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a generous amount to the scalp and hair, massaging gently. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
