ENG: The essential oil of Ylang Ylang III is used in aromatherapy as a soothing to relieve nervousness and restlessness as well as symptoms related to Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil. Apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous system): Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or put in a diffuser.
