ENG: Pink Grapefruit essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve stress and nervous tension, as well as to help relieve edema. Reduces the appearance of cellulite. Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous System): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser.
