To use, remove the wrapper and apply pad to your underwear with sticky side down. For best results, change every 4-6 hours or as needed. dispose, wrap used pads in tissue toilet paper place trash. Do not flush. Store a cool, dry below 25°C at low humidity maintain freshness.
