Preparation Instructions:
- Sift 1-2 teaspoons (2-4g) of Kato Matcha Summer into a bowl.
- Add 2-3 ounces of hot (not boiling) water (around 175°F or 80°C).
- Whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk (chasen) in a 'W' or 'M' shape until a frothy layer forms.
- Enjoy your matcha straight or add milk/sweetener to taste.
