Instructions:

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
2. Peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
3. Position the pad securely in your underwear.
4. Wrap the wings around the outside of your underwear and press to secure.
5. Change the pad as needed, typically every 4-8 hours.
6. Dispose of used pads responsibly in a waste bin. Do not flush.
