How to Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
3. Find a comfortable position.
4. Gently insert the tampon into your vagina using your finger, pushing it in as far as is comfortable.
5. Ensure the removal string is hanging outside of your body.
6. To remove, gently pull the string.
7. Dispose of the used tampon responsibly in a waste receptacle. Do not flush.
8. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often as needed, based on your flow.
