How to Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
3. Hold the applicator with your thumb and middle finger at the grip.
4. Gently insert the applicator into your vagina until your fingers touch your body.
5. Push the inner tube of the applicator completely into the outer tube to release the tampon.
6. Carefully remove the applicator, leaving the tampon in place. A string will hang outside your body.
7. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often as needed.
8. To remove, gently pull the string.
9. Dispose of the used tampon in a waste receptacle. Do not flush.
