Dosage

Adult Women: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For recurrent UTIs, take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
