For Mulled Wine: Add 2-3 tablespoons of Organic Mulling Spice to a bottle of red wine in a saucepan. Gently simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, allowing the spices to infuse. Do not boil. Strain before serving. Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks, if desired.

For Mulled Cider/Juice: Follow the same instructions as for mulled wine, substituting apple cider or your favorite fruit juice.
