Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Hold can 4-6 inches away from the body, spraying evenly to ensure complete coverage. Do not spray directly into face. Spray on hands then apply to face. Reapply at least every 2 hours, immediately after swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying.
