To use Iris + Arlo Night Pads:
- Remove the pad from its individual compostable wrapper.
- Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.
- Position the pad securely in your underwear.
- Wrap the wings around the outside of your underwear for added security.
- Change the pad as needed, typically every 6-8 hours or more frequently if flow is heavy.
- Dispose of the used pad properly in a waste bin. Do NOT flush.
