1. Gently pull out approximately 18 inches of Flosspot silk floss.
2. Wind the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a few inches to work with.
3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion.
4. Curve the floss around each tooth and slide it gently under the gum line.
5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
6. Refill your jar with Flosspot refills when needed.
