Recommended Dosage
Remove pad from wrapper. Place in underwear with adhesive strip facing up. Remove by grasping wings. Dispose in trash after use. Can also be composted at home if facilities are available.

To use Natracare Ultra Pads with Wings - Long:
- Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
- Peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
- Position the pad in your underwear, centering it for optimal coverage.
- Fold the wings around the outside of your underwear and press firmly to secure them in place.
- Change the pad as needed, typically every 4-8 hours, or more frequently depending on your flow.
- Dispose of used pads responsibly in a waste bin. Do not flush.
