Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly. Rub the shampoo bar between your hands to create a lather. Massage the lather into your scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: After shampooing, wet the conditioner bar and rub it between your hands or directly onto your hair. Apply to the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse well.
Castor Oil: Apply a small amount of castor oil to your scalp and hair. Massage gently. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a deep conditioning treatment. Wash out with shampoo.
