How to Use Organyc Tampons with Applicator:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
- Find a comfortable position.
- Gently insert the tampon into your vagina using the applicator, pushing the inner tube until it clicks.
- Remove the applicator. The tampon string should be hanging outside your body.
- Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often if needed.
- To remove, gently pull on the string.
- Dispose of the used tampon properly (do not flush).
