Dosage
Using a single essence: Adults: Add 2 drops in water and sip at intervals throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Using multiple essences: Combine up to 7 essences to make your personal blend. Fill a clean 30 mL bottle ¾ full of spring water. Add 2 drops of each essence to the water. Take 4 drops of your blend a minimum of 4 times a day
Bach® Impatiens flower essence is traditionally used to address feelings of impatience and irritability. It may help to:
- Promote patience and tolerance towards others.
- Reduce feelings of frustration when things don't happen quickly.
- Encourage a more relaxed and calm demeanor.

Typically, 2 drops are placed in a glass of water and sipped at intervals. Alternatively, 2 drops may be placed directly on the tongue. Repeat as needed.
