Made from hand-picked holly flowers, it’s preserved in a grape alcohol solution and is easy to use – simply add drops to water or take directly. Bach Flower Essences are gentle, suitable for all ages, and can be used alone or blended with other essences to suit individual needs.
Dosage
Using a single essence: Adults: Add 2 drops in water and sip at intervals throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Using multiple essences: Combine up to 7 essences to make your personal blend. Fill a clean 30 mL bottle ¾ full of spring water. Add 2 drops of each essence to the water. Take 4 drops of your blend a minimum of 4 times a day
