Shake well before each use. Apply liberally to exposed skin, avoiding contact with eyes and mouth. Reapply every 2-3 hours or as needed, especially after swimming or excessive sweating. For application to the face, spray onto hands and then apply to the face, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
