Description
Herbal aid with muscle relaxant for anxiety and insomnia.
Dosage
(Adults) 1-2 tablets, 1-5 times per day as needed. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day. For nerve relaxation: for best results take 1-2 tablets every 3 hours until bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day. For insomnia: For best results, take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. May take additional tablets as needed to promote sleep to a maximum of 5 tablets per day.
