“I was raised on a small rural farm in Ontario, owned by Italian immigrants. My grandmother was the original Farm Girl, and she taught me everything I know about great food. Her influence inspired me to become a chef, Keto advocate, and lover of good food. Today, I believe in staying connected to our roots through simple, quality ingredients. When my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at 30 years old, my passion for good food became even stronger. Luckily, through food science and a raw Keto diet, we managed to slow the disease’s progression. I started Farm Girl to empower people to use food as fuel and medicine.
