Cardamom essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its carminative and antispasmodic action to help relieve digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve cough and cold symptoms.
Dosage
L'huile essentielle de cardamome est utilisee en aromatherapie pour son action carminative et antispasmodique qui aide à soulager l'inconfort digestif et à soulager les symptômes de la toux et du rhume. Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
