How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
- Hold the applicator with your thumb and middle finger at the grip.
- Gently insert the applicator into your vagina until your fingers touch your body.
- Push the inner tube of the applicator completely into the outer tube to release the tampon.
- Carefully remove the applicator, leaving the tampon in place. A string will hang outside your body.
- Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often as needed.
- To remove, gently pull the string.
- Dispose of the used tampon in a waste receptacle. Do not flush.
