How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the tampon from its wrapper.
- Find a comfortable position.
- Gently insert the tampon into your vagina using the applicator until the inner tube is fully inserted.
- Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to release the tampon.
- Carefully remove the applicator. The removal cord should be hanging outside of your body.
- Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often as needed.
- To remove, gently pull on the removal cord.
- Dispose of the used tampon in a waste receptacle. Do not flush.
